Our Story
Since 2023, we have been building a family of companies focused on delivering comprehensive workforce solutions. Our journey began with Avalon Services Group, providing reliable staffing solutions for warehouses nationwide. We then launched Avalon Executive Group to connect bilingual English–Spanish professionals with U.S. employers, followed by Hola Asia, Mexico’s first job board linking Chinese–Spanish talent with companies seeking specialized skills.
Our commitment to community impact led to the creation of the Avalon Foundation Group, supporting higher education initiatives that empower future leaders.
As our brands grew, so did our team. In early 2025, we launched Avalon Administration Group to bring together our key employees under one centralized operation. Today, AAG supports essential functions across all brands-including accounting, human resources, recruiting, payroll, project management, and more-allowing our teams to operate more efficiently and consistently.
